Hendon Park Towns campaign plays up neighbourhood living

Hendon Park Towns has launched a new campaign that’s a pitch-perfect celebration of the neighbourhood’s many draws. L.A. Inc. is behind the the whimsical interpretation of life at the Wycliffe Homes project.

“We wanted to convey the charm of Hendon Park Towns, as well as the playfulness of this incredible neighbourhood,” said L.A. Inc. Art Director Stephanie Shin.

Located near Yonge and Finch, the towns are steps from their namesake: Hendon Park features baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a playground and even a wading pool for the kids. The campaign is populated by colourful figures enjoying life in this established corner of Toronto, whether it’s going for a stroll with their pooch, taking a bike ride or enjoying a latte.

Ads for the project also include the expressions, “Today I Choose Happiness. Today I Choose Excitement. Today I Choose Convenience. Today I choose Wycliffe.”

“The campaign is bright, active, joyful — we felt the characters and the way they interact mirrors what life there can offer. With the ‘Today I Choose …’ slogans, we wanted to convey how powerful the choice of a home and a neighbourhood is, how it has such a huge impact on the quality of your life,” explained Shin.

Among the many amenities that make life easier, the townhome enclave is steps from the Finch subway station and the Yonge-University-Spadina line. Plus you can instantly connect to Viva and the Go Transit as well.

Residences start from $389,900.
